Hallada was the closest Ford Dealership so we were towed there.
In despite of being a small town dealership, it is pretty big. It has 2 sides: Ford and Chevy. My experience is only with the Ford side and I can't complain. Since I live in Madison and work in Dodgeville, I run many miles a month and go there pretty often. The guys already know me by name and treat me like an old friend. All services so far have been flawless (including a couple of recalls... You know, Ford) and they are helping to keep my car new in despite of the 35k miles. It is very likely that I'll use their services again when trading my car.
Very unhappy with this dealership. I went there yesterday to look at and ready to purchase a black mini van that was advertised as black, fully loaded with leather seats, back up camera, tow package, etc. I got there after driving an hour and a half and the van was BLUE, and had NOTHING it advertised as having, no leather seats, no back up camera, no tow package, it had nothing. I was so angry, and all they could say was sorry we will fix it for the next person. If you are going to advertise something, you need to double check what you are saying it has and not false advertise your vehicles. It wasted over 3 hours of my time and they didn't really even care. The worse part about it was when I called to see if the minivan was still there, I asked if the 2010 Black Minivan was still available and they said yes. So even over the phone they called it black. So buyers beware, not only false advertise but customer service was way below even average.

This team knows customer service. They made sure we were able to continue to our destination with a loaner car, ordered the replacement fuel pump and got us put back together. They made what could have been a miserable situation much better.

haven't bought a car here, but while we were out driving on vacation, our tire pressure light came on, we stopped in and the salesman Nick, checked our tire pressure for us giving us piece of mind for the rest of our drive. we were very impressed that they give service like that to non-customers. and just wanted to say thanks again!!
