I had a very painful tooth and there's no one in my area that takes badgercare. I was referred to this place, called and was able to get in with their over booking the next morning. They always tell you there's no guarantee you'll be seen, but they really do try their best. A few months later my girlfriend was having tooth problems so we came here to over booking again. While we were waiting i figured it'd be a good time for me to schedule a cleaning for my four year old. They actually got her in that day. All the staff has always been extremely nice and helpful.
I only rated this a five so that my comment would show. Unfortunately i rate this lower than 0. . Every experience here was horrible. When they pulled my tooth, I told them I could still feel it, they didn't seem to care n kept pulling until it was out. The most painful tooth extraction iv EVER had, n iv had a couple others pulled before. When I called to talk about what had happened with that extraction, I was told that I was lying (seriously? I wouldn't call for no reason), I was hung up on AND then lied to by the staff, she was extremely rude. The last time I went in was for a small cavity that for one, I didn't know it was there, no pain at all, no sign of cavity to me, but they insisted on fixing it before I could get the work done on my teeth that I wanted ( Which never happened) By the time I left and got home, that tooth hurt so bad that when I brushed and flossed, it brought tears to my eyes. I called and told them I need to be seen to fix this problem asap, which I was then told that I couldn't be seen for at least two months and there wasn't anything else they could do. To me, that's complete and utter Bull****! Never in my life will I ever return to this horrid place. Went n had all their work redone and was also told the job they did do on my teeth wasn't done properly, so like I said I paid to fix it all. This dentist was a complete waiste of my time and my tooth!
