Only thing that was short of perfection was cleanliness. The windows were messy and there was food on the floor. Two tables were dirty too.
Went to Hardee's in Dodgeville this past Saturday morning around 9:00AM. We ordered 7 items to go, there were 3 workers and it took 15+ minutes for our food. 1 of the items we ordered was a ham & cheese croissant. We got to the car and they had given us an egg & cheese croissant instead. Didn't bother going back in because we didn't want to wait another 15 minutes. We asked for a receipt and the cashier (who was constantly wiping his forehead of sweat) said "the receipt will be taped to your bag". Well, there was no receipt taped to the bag and they probably would have wanted to see it to prove what we ordered. The floors were extremely sticky all throughout, especially in the bathrooms. To top off our 15+ minute wait there was a mouse running around outside by entrance door. Makes you wonder how many are inside the restaurant. We definitely will not be going back.

Slow service and the food constantly disapoints. I try them again and again hoping for a surprise but I was let down again last time. That may have been my last visit. The prices are out of control for the quality of food you get. You eat at Bob's BBQ for the same money.
Staff was friendly, food was prompt. WiFi was available. Food tasted like it should. One of the best Hardee's I've been to.
It is a chain restaurant so the food quality is up to that standard. If you're traveling, the bathrooms are clean and the restaurant isn't very busy. It also has a big parking lot connected for RVs and bigger trucks.
