Had an unfortunate experience as a new cat owner and needed to have my cats groomed and checked for fleas. I received excellent advice and assistance from Alisha's. They really want to help you understand and take care of your pets. Only groomer for me.

Been going to these guys for dog boarding for 2 years. We have a nervous dog who has been known to nip people out of fear and they have never had an issue nor have they turned us away. Both of our dogs come back happy and a few times they have stolen toys from other dogs kennels (we give them back) so we know they get socialized and have a fun time. I am sure whatever incident occurred with the escaped dog was traumatic and they will learn from their mistakes. I will continue to bring my pets here because I trust them. I actually drive almost an hour each way because of the level of care and the friendly staff.
Awesome place! Not only do they carry the cat litter AND food that I use (Blue Buffalo and Taste of the Wild) , they also have live insect feeders! That's a huge plus for me, as I've always gone to Madison or Dubuque to get crickets for my beardie. This saves me time and money. In my interactions with the staff, they've been nothing short of helpful, and they're clearly passionate about what they do. Not sure about this whole "dog escape" ordeal, but since it wasn't my experience with the place I won't rate it based on that. Sad to see people giving bad reviews over an event they only heard of or read about, not something they actually experienced there.
Ha's been an awesome place for my dogs for many years! They take great care of the kiddos! And lots of great products for good prices!
