My experience was terrible. My Phone has had trouble twice, once had to be sent off and then it took over 2 hours at the Dodgeville location and then it closed so I had to come back the next day for nothing. I paid a bill then (this was less than two weeks). Now they disconnected without notice wanted to reconnect on 8/22/13 . I also overheard that US Cellular has doubled bills without consenting, customers had to go directly had to go to their service center to find out why. This is unacceptable service.
My family has been using US Cellular for many many years as they provide the best connection in our area. We have always loved their customer service. However, we went to the Leffler Street location recently in Dodgeville and it was not a good experience. The girls working there seemed very disinterested in helping us and did not know the information they should have. For example, they would tell us we couldn't do something and then we would point out, "well it says in the brochure here that we can" and they would so "no, you can't". I left extremely frustrated. This being said, I went to the other location in Dodgeville in the Piggly Wiggly and they cleared everything up and were extremely helpful!
We came to this branch a month ago and had great service. Dori went out of her way to make sure we had all the details and found a way to save us quite a bit monthly.
